About Us:

JPB Technologies
Way back when—when DOS 3.3 and MS-Windows 2.0 were the flavor of the moment—we were configuring networks using Lantastic and NetWare 3.x as well as developing applications using COBOL and FoxPro 1.0. In those days, the Microsoft Windows application was a shell that ran on top of the DOS operating system. Most systems were running on the Intel 8086 and 8088 microprocessors. A great deal of our service calls were simply issues dealing with memory management.

Slowly the world began to accept the growing role of computers within the business environment. There was a time when CEOs had to be educated as to why a file server was an important and necessary asset. As computer networks began to emerge, JPB Technologies, operating as Corporate Image Computer Systems, began installing Category 3 and 5 voice and data cabling. We were istalling the "drops" and managing the office network.

In the early 1990s, JPB Technologies began developing computer applications utilizing COBOL, C, and FoxPro 2.5. We eventually transitioned to Visual Basic 1.0 and entered the world of object oriented programming. Today, we offer support and application development using many different platforms.

One of our key areas for support and development is the MS-Access product suite. Whether the project is data migration from MS-Access 97, or a new web based solution utilizing MS-Access 2010 or MySQL, we have experts to complete the assignment in a timely and professional manner.
